CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
- The candidate shall fill-in the application form in his/her own handwriting
- Separate application forms need to be submitted for each course
- The forms duly filled and completed should be submitted at the college office. Admissions will be in accordance with rules and regulations of Osmania University
- Candidates should submit the application forms along with photocopies of the following certificates
a. Memorandum of marks obtained in the qualifying examination
b. Transfer Certificate from the institution where the candidate had last studied
c. Bonafide Cerificate from the institution last studied
d. A letter from the concerned Parish Priest/Pastor in case of Catholic students / other christian students also with the Baptism Certificate duly countersigned by the MRO
e. Migration Certificate of the students coming from other universities
- At the time of admission, the candidate must submit the originals of the aforementioned certificates along with 5 passport size photographs
- The college is a Christian Minority Institution, established and administered by Hyderabad (Catholic) Archdiocese Educational Society. In view of the same, minority candidates will be given preference during admission. The rest of the seats will be filled based on merit at the qualifying examinations.
- Provisionally selected candidates will be called for an interview indicating the date and time. The candidates shall appear for the interview along with the original certificates required for admission. They should be accompanied by their parents/ guardians.
- The candidate is deemed to have been admitted only when he / she has paid all the prescribed fees within the specified time.
- The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is detected that the admission is against the rules and regulations of the university.
- Fees paid by the candidate will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Optional subjects and second languages once selected cannot be changed after the last date of the admissions
- Change of course is permissible only when the seats are available and an additional fee will be charged for the same.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- The daily working hours of the college are from 9-00 a.m to 2.00 p.m
Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory for the students
- Strict regularity, obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, respect for elders, cleanliness in dress and person are expected of every student.
- Irregular attendance, unsatisfactory performance in studies, disobedience and objectionable conduct inside or outside the college will justify the student dismissal from the college
- Students should be decently dressed. The dress code for girls is Salwar Kurta.
- No leave of absence is granted to any student except for serious reason and on previous written application from the parents or guardians. In case a student absents himself / herself due to illness, he/she must bring a note from his/her parents or guardians certifying the fact, in the leave letter, when he/she returns to the college.
- Absence without leave is liable to be punished with a fine. If the absence is prolonged for more than six days the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
- Students who have been absent from the college or come late will not be admitted to the classes without the principal’s permission.
- Those who absent themselves without leave for more than three consecutive working days at the commencement of the academic year will be deemed to have left the college.
- No student will be permitted to leave the college during the working hours without the permission of the principal and a gate pass to be shown to the watchman at the gate.
- Students who fail to put in a minimum of 75% of attendance will not be permitted to sit for the Public Examination at the end of the academic year
- Students are not expected to take part in any political activities or unions
- Every student should take care of his/her belongings. The college will not be responsible for articles that are lost. Any damage to the college property will have to be made good by the students involved in it or the whole group.
- Students are strictly forbidden to scribble on the desks and benches, on the walls, etc

- The principal’s sanction is required for the following :
1. To organize collection of funds for any purpose whatsoever
2. To arrange for a meeting, party, picnic, etc
3. To arrange for private tuition by the lecturers of the college
4. For any student to join a sports meet or play in a tournament outside the college
